Installation Process for iYogi SupportDock
1. Download SupportDock from www.iyogi.net/download/sd |
2. Run the file to get to the Setup Wizard and click on “ Next ” to begin. |

3. User must click on the “Yes, I accept… ” box and click on “ Next ” to proceed.. |
4. User must click on the “ I accept… ” box and click on “ Next ” to proceed again. |

5. Click “ Next ” to select the default installation directory. |
6. Once the files are installed, click on “ Close ” to finish the installation. |

7. Upon completing installation of required files, SD 4 would run automatically in the task bar, showing a notification as below. |
8. Till this point, SD 4 is Pre - Activation mode (showing limited components) and hence would show some options disabled / grayed out, as below. |

9. In order to Activate the Support Dock, open the “ Preferences” section and navigate to the “ Activate ” tab at the top. |
10. User needs to input his “ Access Code ” here (provided by iYogi in the welcome email), and click on the “ Activate ” button once. (This would activate the subscription and enable the user to download other components) |

11. If entered correctly, and proper internet connectivit y available the subscription would be validated and Activated successfully, as shown below: |
12. Just click “ OK ” and return to the desktop, following which a prompt appears to download the components required. |

13. Select the desired components and click on “ Setup Now ” following which the components would first be downloaded and then silently installed. |
