All users having Bluetooth mouse issues are advised to check the drivers installed on the system using Device Manager and if Bluetooth mouse drivers are found incompatible, incorrect or outdated, they would have to be replaced with correct versions to resolve the issues.

Verify system files

Bluetooth mouse drivers installed on your system are associated with some of the system files in the operating system. If these system files are having some issues, then functioning of Bluetooth mouse would be affected. All Bluetooth mouse users having connection issues with Bluetooth are advised to check the integrity of system files in the operating system using sfc/ scannow command in CMD and if system files are found damaged, repairing the operating system using default operating system repair tool would fix the issue.

Restart Bluetooth service

Bluetooth mouse connected to your system works with Bluetooth related service. Sometimes, this service develops some errors when in use and this would cause failure of connection. In such cases, the problem can be resolved by restarting the Bluetooth related service using the services.msc command in RUN and clearing off all errors. Users are also advised to restart the system when doing so.
