Prior to joining iYogi, Basu was CFO of Rediff.com India Limited one of the world’s leading internet portals which listed on the Nasdaq (Ticker: REDF). He comes with a rich background in management of public companies and has wide experience in corporate governance, SEC compliance, capital raising, investor relations, operational and risk management, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Rediff he has held senior position in the Sterlite, Tata and RPG Groups.
