I completely agree with Paul Moore, iyogi technicians provide unparalleled tech support services. My computer was showing random hard drive full error messages. I couldn’t found out the reason, as there was enough free space in the hard drive. Iyogi helped me out in a few minutes.

Like Amelia, I too have experienced a completely professional tech support session by iyogi technicians. Sales pitch are the part of their job, so it’s difficult to escape from them. The positive side of a sales pitch is that they help you understand your need and respond accordingly without spending time navigating through the websites. The support technician was also quick in understanding the problem and fixed it well. I’m quite happy!

Power outrage left my machine non functional. My friend gave me iYogi’s toll free number. Even though I was bit skeptical, but I still decided to give it a try. And boy, I couldn’t be happier. Though I was initially off due to the long sales pitch of the technician, but my tech support session was handled very precisely. I have been using the web chat support of iyogi for the last one and half years. I found it very convenient to use. The best thing about this service is every thing happends in front of your eyes, all actions taken by the technician etc. I once tried using the phone support, but i found that web chat support is more convenient for me as i prefer chatting more than talking on phone. Even i do the same with my friends.

I subscribed for iYogi services in the month of August last year. But the technician completely messed up the issue, the very first time I called them. Since then, I refrained myself from using iYogi services. But I was forced to call them as my computer crashed in the wee hours while I was working on an important presentation. This time I was attended by a new technician, who instantly worked on my PC and fixed it up perfectly. I was happy. After seeing my call records he told me that since I have not used them much, he would like to offer me 6 months of free service. I readily agreed to it. Now I’m enjoying iYogi’s free subscription and wish to continue with them after my service expires…

I got uninterrupted tech support at very reasonable price. iYogi technician helped me troubleshoot all the printing errors. Initially I was unable to understand his technical jargons and accent, but slowly I got in pace with him. He too gave me ample of time to understand him. My issue was solved in 20 minutes. I’m very impressed with iYogi. Keep up the good work!

I am very impressed with the different methods employed by iyogi technicians to offer expert technical support to its customers. However, being a customer of iyogi’s services, I rely on their phone support. It’s very rare that I have been put on hold for more than 1 minute. Apart from this, they explain you each and every step in such a manner that even a child can follow them. Thanks a lot for their wonderful tech support. Even my son can follow their instructions to fix any error.

I have been availing the tech support services of iyogi for about a year and a half now, this is a great tech support provider. You pay the subscription fee and thats it unless you want to extend it after the first year. The technicians at iyogi are expert in their field and can resolve each computer problem! I’ve tried a lot of other tech support service providers, but iyogi surpasses all the ones I have used personally. I would say iyogi is worth every penny!

@Daniel, i agree with you that iyogi chat support is the best option. I prefer the chat support because I am more comfortable in typing on the keyboard than speaking on phone. Secondly, by chat support I can even copy paste the error messages that appear while not allowing the technician on the other side to intrude my private folders and files. I know in remote chat support too you can restrict the technician’s access but still i prefer chat support as all the steps explained are recorded for future reference.

I’ve used iYogi’s chat support. It worked perfectly for me. The technician guided me through different steps to connect my internet to the newly bought laptop. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me install an antivirus for complete protection. I am much impressed!!!

I used the chat support and it was super easy and effective. And its transparent too, I can actually get to see what actions and steps the iYogi representative took on my PC to repair a printer error. Though I have taken iYogi’s remote tech support via phone but, chat was the best thing about their support. I like solving problems without talking.

I was surprised on reading about the various modes employed by iyogi to offer quality tech support services to its customers. But I was a bit doubtful that are they really so. I tried to give one of iyogi’s service a try. I opted for the chat support. I clicked on the chat support link, and was instantly connected to a iyogi technician. i want to configure the settings of my computer’s firewall. the expert was very patient and helpful in guiding me to do so. iYogi technician saved my Mac. I turned up to iYogis after wasting 4 days with apple customer care guys. But the iYogi technician who helped me was a true genius. Though it took him 2 hours before he told me the actual problem, he took only 20 min to fix the issue. He also explained me all the steps he was performing to repair my macbook. Excellent service guys!!!

Shortly after installing avast antivirus, my computer started showing performance issues. I called iyogi to get the problem resolved. The iyogi technician took remote session of my PC, and after about 1hr, they said that the issue has been resolved by changing some security settings. Though I find that the time they took was much, but I was happy to see my computer back in shape…

It was a printer error that I was receiving on my PC again and again. My PC was unable to connect to my wireless printer. It was frustrating as I had to take important printouts for my project. My sister gave me iyogi’s number and I called them. Truly the technician resolved the problem efficiently.

The model adopted by iyogi to offer remote tech support is very convenient. What I like about these guys is that the 24/7 bit is not overplayed; whenever I have an issue I always get someone or the other to work on my computer. The service offering is also a broad one and this way I get everything I want in one place instead of running form one place to another to get them.

Chat support is a real asset and makes remote support so much more convenient. In my case whenever there is a technical issue, I am online with the technician and get to know what exactly he is doing. The I yogi review is a good thing to start off; I personally would love to check out what iyogi has new to offer and how that fits my needs. Managed service is something that I am particularly interested.
