Check power

The laptop may not boot if it has some battery issues. You can try removing the battery and check if it has some problems. You need to upgrade the battery if it does not provide proper power to the laptop. It is important to check the internal power cables of laptop. This is to ensure that these cables are working properly and there is no power leakage.

Check BIOS

You need to check BIOS to remove any unwanted changes made to it. For this, you need to restart the laptop and press certain function keys to enter the BIOS. You can make use of Arrow keys in your keyboard to select the 'Boot' option in your BIOS. You need to then select the 'Enter' key. You need to change the value placed below the 'Primary Boot Device' menu option. You can now select the 'Save Changes and Exit' option. The laptop can be booted successfully thereafter.
