Not able to view a document
If you try to view a document which is in a format which is not supported by Microsoft® Office Live Workspace, download the document on your desktop by clicking Save As in the tool bar.

Sometime you may not be able to see the documents even if its type is supported. The possible reason might be slow server or large size of the document.  In such cases try viewing document after sometime.

Some parts of the document missing
When you view your document as web-page, complex images such as SmartArt graphics, equations etc will not appear in the browser. To view the full documents, click Save As in the toolbar and download the document to your desktop. Open the document in the desktop to see the complete documents with all the images.

Web Site exceeds the maximum storage space
When you view your documents as Web page it use the storage space from the site and the site may approach the maximum storage space of 5GB. To avoid this, you can go to Deleted items workspace and delete unnecessary files.

Print a Document from Web browser

If you are printing a word document, the entire document will be printed. However, in case of office Excel® or PDF documents, only the page that appears will get printed.

Place your cursor on the word document and right click and select Print to print the document. Make sure the printer is properly installed and working.
