My service was done to the best of the techs ability. Perhaps open the field of help areas as my tech problem was of two fold, staying with Microsoft® and minor with an outsource domain with getting an e-mail problem corrected, of which I need configuration assistance with in order to remain with g-mail to access my e-mail.

WE have been having many problems with returning e-mails coming through our web site, Outlook® Express as blocking out outgoing mail.
