Registration
If your company has signed up for iYogi Small Business Help Desk, then all you have to do register yourself one time to get access to our technical support specialists.
When calling for the first time, please provide the following information:
Access Code (given to you by your system administrator or IT dept.)
MAC Address (we can help you retrieve this from your computer, so don’t worry)
Name
Email Address
Department (Optional)
Phone Number
Your registration is complete. From now on, anytime you call for support, you can either provide your unique access code or your name to receive technical support from iYogi.
Technical Support
Now that you have registered, we will be happy to begin providing technical support to you. When calling or emailing, please follow these rules to allow us to service you promptly and efficiently:
Provide your unique access code or your full name
You should near your registered computer and logged in as Administrator (for most people this is the case)
You should backup any critical data and close all application before calling for support
Where applicable iYogi will require the you to provide all or some of the following information:
Brief description of issue and any error message
Time of issue occurrence
How was the issue discovered
Any other user facing the similar issue
