For Permissions Password you need to checkmark in the box labeled “require password to change permissions or password” and enter password. This password cannot be the same as the one required to open the document. If you want to set Printing & Changes allowed Password then you need to follow the above mentioned procedure and check any of the mentioned options as per your requirement. The options are suppress printing of PDF document, suppress changing of document, suppress content copying, suppress image extraction and suppress adding or changing comments.
