Download and Install SubInACL.exe:

Open Notepad and type these lines:

Step 6
Navigate:
Navigate to C:Program FilesWindows Resource KitsTools and double click on the file sub.bat
Once you perform the following steps, the tool will open a command prompt window and may take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Once the tool completes, then the command prompt window should close automatically.
