Help for Windows Mail®
If you want to set up Windows Mail® using multiple e-mail servers, you can follow these 6 easy steps that will ultimately help you in using more than one e-mail address. Each step is accompanied by an indicative screen shot to for ease of mirroring the action.

STEP 1 – Go to Windows Mail®
Go to Windows Mail® and select “tools” from the toolbar. Navigate to the “Accounts” and then select “E-mail account”.
STEP 2 – Type your name in the dialog box
Click Next. Enter your name in the Display Name Dialog box. Press next.
STEP 3 – Enter E-mail address
Fill up your E-mail address and then select “Next”.
STEP 4- Type the server addresses
Go to the drop-down menu and select “POP3” or SMTP. Two dialog boxes asking for incoming and outgoing server addresses appear on the screen. The addresses may vary and depend upon the E-mail service you are using. If you are not sure, you can contact the E-mail service provider. Clock on “Next” once you are over with the step.
STEP 5- Enter E-mail username and password
Type your email username and password. Click on “Next’ and then “Finish”.
STEP 6- Repeat these steps
All the steps should be repeated if you want to add other E-mail addresses. Multiple email accounts are separated with their own folders in Windows Mail®.
